Yes. Each company will get their sign printed on the front door of their office, and we will hang your logo in The GEM. Your logo will also be included on The Union's website and other digital communication formats.
Yes. The Union meets all ADA standards. We have entry doors and elevators equipped to meet everyones needs.
The Union 525 has 122,000 Sq. Ft. under roof and is a four-story structure.
Yes. Wireless Internet is available in all of the common areas such as the lobby, The GEM, workout room, and courtyard. All offices are equipped with CAT6 cabling, and it’s the tenant’s responsibility support their own wireless network.
Yes. The Gem is available for all Union tenants for free, and it can be reserved online. The use of The Gem is available for other tech events by filling out our rental request form. You can click here to get more information.
The doors open automatically Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM to 6:00PM EST. All Union tenants can access the building 24/7 by using their keycards.
There is bicycle parking outside in the front and rear of the building. There is also a bike storage locker on the lower level that can be used by all Union tenants. The door can be accessed by using your keycard.
